The Global Degree Foundation serves as a platform to promote the implementation of the "Global Degree Initiative". To fulfill its grand objectives, “Global Degree” will need to exploit the latest breakthroughs in education methodology and innovative learning that were highlighted. Delivering a complex class to thousands of people simultaneously demands a high degree of expertise.

The following implementation steps should be realized in order to forward the “Global Degree Initiative”:

• Establishment of an international steering committee
• Creation of an International Foundation / Consortium in the form of a not for profit Organization under the name of “Global Degree”      
• Institutionalization of the “International Academic Credit (IAC)”      
• Development of a liaison network with Universities, International Organizations and Private and Public Entities
• Signing of the relevant “International Academic Treaty” which will put the “Global Degree” into effect
